We live in some terrifying times.
Online and off, people are telling stories of having their animals stolen — in front of their eyes in many instances.
Poisonings, too, are more common than any of us want to admit, and our pets are in imminent danger in even in situations where they should have absolutely been safe.
Whether they’re in barns, pastures, back yards, front yards, being walked by their own pet parents, in the possession of groomers or professional dog walkers or even traveling — near or far — with their families: nothing can be considered infallible at this point in time.
